About this commitment
We believe in the power of community, and in giving back to the people and places around us. Sport has a unique way of bringing people together, creating a shared sense of purpose and turning attention into support for something bigger.
That belief is something we’ve been able to put into practice. Pear Media helped organise Battle of the Badges for the FDNY Bravest at Madison Square Garden to raise funds for firefighter and community charities and bring greater attention to the causes they support. The event brought first responders from the US, UK and Ireland together for a night of charity boxing, creating a shared occasion around service, community and giving back.
