We support Big Ideas Wales as part of our wider commitment to helping young people see entrepreneurship as a realistic path.
The Welsh Government initiative brings experienced entrepreneurs into schools and learning environments to share first-hand insight into what it actually takes to start and run a business. Through workshops, talks and practical guidance, young people are introduced to the thinking behind enterprise, from developing an idea to understanding the challenges and opportunities that come with building something of their own.
For us, it is about making entrepreneurship feel more open, more understandable and more achievable for the next generation.
